Past experiences include over a year as an M&A Analyst, providing him with a robust foundation in corporate finance and strategic investment.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Jules has spearheaded transactions totaling approximately €560 million and covering 2,900 units. His career includes roles such as Managing Director at Vandor Real Estate and Acquisition Director at The Social Hub (formerly known as The Student Hotel). Jules also served as an Investment Manager at Unibail-Rodamco, where he further developed his strategic investment skills.
